Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Southern Nevada Football Coaches Association ("SNFCA," "we," "us") collects through snfca.org and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. Coach and administrator accounts include a name and email address. Coaches submit league information such as rosters, statistics, poll ballots, and award nominations. Contact messages you send us include whatever information you choose to provide.

Player information. Member coaches and league administrators submit athletic-participation information about student-athletes: name, school, jersey number, position, grade, height/weight, photo, statistics, and honors. We do not collect student contact information, and we ask coaches not to submit any information beyond what is customary in game programs and sports coverage.

Automatic information. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and troubleshooting. Administrative actions in the management portal are logged for accountability.

2. How We Use Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

3. Cookies

The Site uses a small number of cookies that are necessary for it to function, such as keeping coaches and administrators signed in. See our Cookie Policy for details.

4. Sharing

We share information only: with service providers that host the Site; when required by law; or to protect the rights and safety of the SNFCA and its members. League information submitted for publication (scores, rosters, statistics, honors) is, by its nature, public.

5. Data Retention

League records (schedules, scores, standings, statistics, honors) are retained as part of the historical record of Southern Nevada high school football. Account information is retained while an account is active.

6. Corrections and Removal

Parents, guardians, or student-athletes may request correction or removal of player information by emailing info@snfca.org. We will respond promptly.

7. Children's Privacy

The public Site does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Player information is submitted by adult coaches and administrators as described above.

8. Security

Accounts are protected by hashed passwords, and administrative actions require authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
